Kingstown, St. Vincent & The Grenadines, September 25th, 2026 - ChangeNOW, positioned as an enterprise-oriented crypto super app, has released its program for TOKEN2049 Singapore. Over the course of the conference week the company will operate across three principal fronts: a multi-zone booth organized around partner projects, a keynote setting out its product direction, and a private evening event extending the booth's design and themes.
Design and layout: retrofuturism meets Japanese Metabolism
The ChangeNOW booth adopts a visual vocabulary that fuses retrofuturism - the 1960s imagination of the future - with Japanese Metabolism, the postwar architectural movement defined by modular capsules linking into a larger whole. The design rationale is explicit: retrofuturism reflects a forward-looking Singapore and the rapid pace of Web3 while keeping the continuity of finance in view; Metabolism offers a metaphor for ChangeNOW’s approach of many interlinked products forming a single app.
The physical footprint is organized as one large open area divided into functional zones. The booth will be staffed and open on both days of the conference.
Podcast studio
A podcast studio will sit at the center of the space. Over two days ChangeNOW will use the studio to record interviews and other formats with founders and product leads across the crypto industry. The company also notes that major crypto media will use the same studio for on-site interviews during the conference.
Fast Track Program zone
A dedicated area of the booth is allocated to ChangeNOW’s Fast Track Program, a complimentary initiative targeted at new and early-stage crypto wallets. The program supplies participants with an API key so a team can integrate swaps into its app and begin earning a share of the volume generated by their users.
The program offers three explicit categories of support:
- Swap infrastructure: Participants receive swap functionality with fixed or floating rates and revenue attribution from day one.
- Ecosystem support: Integration assistance and access to ChangeNOW’s partner network.
- PR and marketing: Placement opportunities in crypto media with an estimated reach exceeding 10 million, posts on ChangeNOW channels that together reach more than 100,000 followers, and slots at tier-1 conferences the company estimates draw roughly 15,000 attendees.
Conference visitors will be able to see demonstrations at the Fast Track zone and learn how to apply.
ChangeNOW × CoolWallet zone
A limited run of co-branded CoolWallet × ChangeNOW hardware wallets will be available at the booth. The devices will feature ChangeNOW as the exclusive in-app swap provider, enabling on-device swaps across Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, EVM chains, and other supported networks without key exports or reliance on external services. Attendees can obtain a device by participating in booth activities.
ChangeNOW positions this collaboration as indicative of a growth path: early-stage wallets that begin integrations with the company could evolve into deeper product partnerships.
Merchandise
Branded items will be sold at the booth, including a limited set of pieces produced in collaboration with design brands such as Native Union. Quantities are limited.

- October 6, 11:30 AM - Origins Hackathon Opening: Pauline Shangett, identified as a strategic advisor at NOWNodes, will open the Origins hackathon at TOKEN2049.
- October 7, 12:30 PM - Bit Digital Stage: Pauline Shangett, serving as CSO at ChangeNOW, will present a keynote titled "Next Billion Users Should Never Touch Blockchain." Retrofuture Soiree by ChangeNOW: Singapore Edition
On the evening of October 7 ChangeNOW will extend the booth’s retrofuturist concept into a private party. The Retrofuture Soiree, with a welcome starting at 8:00 PM Singapore Time, will recreate 1960s design elements and capsule architecture in a bar setting and include custom cocktails, a cigar bar, late-night food, and a photo space. Every guest will receive a limited-edition take-home item. The evening will be hosted by Pauline Shangett and Martin Masser.
The event is intended for ChangeNOW partners and professionals working in Web3. Admission is free but entry is limited to approved requests; capacity is restricted and the organizers will provide the precise address to confirmed guests.

- October 6, 11:00-14:00 - Sospiri, IOI Central Boulevard Towers: WalletConnect Pulse at TOKEN2049 will feature ChangeNOW alongside Canton, Turnkey, and OpenFX. - October 8, 18:30-22:30 - Marguerite, Flower Dome, Gardens by the Bay: The Garden Room, organized by INPUT Global Events and Paybis, will gather around 200 founders, operators, and investors at the Gardens by the Bay Conservatory for an evening event.
