  • Bybit launched the Learn & Trade Growth Hub, an evergreen onboarding program that rewards users for completing guided Learn Challenges.
  • New users can earn up to 80 USDT; existing users can earn up to 30 USDT; additional rewards include bonuses and points, with continued incentives accessible in Level 4.
  • The program covers a broad range of Bybit products and tools - including UTA, DCA, TradeGPT, Trading Bots, Spot, Perpetuals, Futures, Alpha products, and Copy Trading - and pairs hands-on tasks with educational content.

Dubai, UAE, April 16, 2026 - Bybit, ranked as the world's second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has introduced the Learn & Trade Growth Hub, a structured onboarding program built to move users from basic education to repeated trading engagement while providing rewards for completion.

The initiative, which began on April 13, 2026, is intended to operate as an evergreen component of the Bybit ecosystem. It is organized as a progressive, level-based experience in which participants complete guided Learn Challenges to advance through successive tiers and unlock incentives denominated in USDT.

Financial incentives are tiered by user status. New users who complete all required Learn Challenges may receive up to 80 USDT. Existing Bybit users may earn up to 30 USDT through participation. In addition to USDT, rewards distributed after successful completion of eligible challenges can include bonuses, points, and other incentives. After progressing through the core curriculum, participants gain entry to additional opportunities through the Level 4 Rewards Hub.

The Growth Hub frames progression with clearly defined levels and associated recognition:

  • Level 0 - Account activation, exploration of platform basics, and the award of the Explorer Badge.
  • Level 1 - Completion of beginner Learn Challenges and receipt of the Practitioner Badge.
  • Level 2 - Intermediate work to deepen platform understanding, unlocking the Specialist Badge.
  • Level 3 - Completion of advanced Learn Challenges to earn the Strategist Badge and a certificate.
  • Level 4 - Access to the Weekly Reward Hub, ongoing activities, and the Master Badge alongside continuing incentives.

Learn Challenges are described as guided steps that span core trading knowledge, platform tools and feature use, and practical execution tasks. The experience offers immediate feedback to users as they complete challenges, and is designed to ensure learners not only perform tasks but gain understanding of the trading principles involved.

The program’s curriculum extends across a wide scope of Bybit’s product set. Included are the Unified Trading Account (UTA), Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA), TradeGPT, Trading Bots, Spot trading, Perpetuals, Futures, Alpha products, and Copy Trading. By walking users through real use cases for these tools, the Growth Hub aims to build familiarity with the practical application of Bybit’s offerings.

Beyond product-centered challenges, participants can engage with other Bybit campaigns that run concurrently, such as Wednesday Airdrop, Daily Treasure Hunt, and Referral League. These additional activities provide more avenues for participation and earning within the Bybit ecosystem.

Bybit positions the Growth Hub as differentiated by its educational emphasis. The program provides a content library composed of articles, videos, and read-to-earn courses so that users progress with a substantive grasp of concepts rather than merely completing isolated tasks.

Access to the Learn & Trade Growth Hub is available at https://learn.bybit.com/en/growth/intro.

Eligibility and compliance

Participation requires completion of Individual Identity Verification Level 1 or Business Verification. The program is subject to geographic restrictions and regional compliance requirements; as a result, certain Learn Tasks or rewards may vary by jurisdiction. While not every challenge is mandatory, users must finish a specified number of tasks to advance through the program’s levels.
