NewGenIVF Group Limited (NIVF) has expanded its strategic investment in K25.ai with an additional $4 million injection, bringing the company's total deployed capital into the startup to $6 million at an implied valuation of $100 million, according to a press release.
K25.ai operates an AI-native livestreaming and prediction market platform oriented to the Asia-Pacific region. The platform is designed to blend live content and market-driven prediction functionality, allowing participating users to engage with outcomes tied to sports, entertainment, and other events where such markets are permitted.
As part of the deeper commercial and governance relationship, K25.ai founder and CEO Andy Cheung will take responsibility for NewGenIVF's Digital Asset Treasury Strategy. The press release notes Cheung's prior leadership roles at OKX and Prenetics Global Limited. In addition, NewGenIVF has invited Cheung and two other K25.ai co-founders to join its Board of Directors as Non-Executive Directors.
The healthcare company has already set out a Digital Asset Treasury Strategy that includes exposure to digital assets such as Bitcoin and Solana. The partnership with K25.ai formalizes a link between NewGenIVF's corporate treasury approach and a prediction-market platform that leverages AI-assisted event generation and outcome monitoring.
K25.ai reported a waitlist exceeding 35,000 users as it approaches its impending product launch. The platform aims to convert passive viewing into interactive, market-based engagement by combining livestream content with prediction markets and AI tools to generate events and monitor outcomes.
In the press release, Cheung described NewGenIVF's additional $4 million commitment as strong validation of the momentum at K25.ai. The release also cites Bernstein research projecting global prediction market trading volumes could expand to roughly $1 trillion by 2030, compared with about $51 billion in 2025.
The statement specifies that K25.ai restricts access for users in the United States, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and a number of other specified jurisdictions.
This expanded investment and board involvement create a direct channel between a healthcare corporate treasurer and a consumer-facing digital markets platform. The arrangement consolidates NewGenIVF's public commitment to digital-asset exposure while supporting K25.ai's pre-launch user growth and governance depth.
