German software developer TeamViewer issued a cautious financial outlook on Tuesday, projecting annual revenue growth in 2026 of between 0% and 3%, alongside an adjusted core profit (EBITDA) margin of approximately 43%. Management cited elevated market volatility as the reason for the restrained guidance range.
For the fourth quarter, TeamViewer said pro-forma revenue rose 2% year-on-year to 194.6 million euros, edging above an LSEG-compiled consensus of 192.6 million euros. The company also reported pro-forma adjusted EBITDA of 87 million euros, representing a 45% margin for the period.
In a statement, Chief Executive Oliver Steil said he was "confidence in returning to mid- to high-single-digit (revenue) growth in the mid-term while maintaining our strong profitability." That line reiterates the company goal of resuming faster top-line expansion without sacrificing margin performance.
TeamViewer, widely recognized among German technology firms, experienced a significant demand boost during the pandemic as remote work trends accelerated adoption of its remote-access and collaboration tools. With a portion of that pandemic-related tailwind fading as employees return to physical offices, the firm has redirected efforts toward selling to larger corporate customers in an effort to secure more durable revenue streams.
The company flagged growing interest from both enterprise and small and medium-sized business clients in its integrated digital workplace management platform, TeamViewer ONE, which it launched in December. Management described this product as a cornerstone of its strategy to broaden adoption across customer segments and to underpin sustainable growth.
TeamViewer also disclosed the exchange rate used for dollar-euro reference: $1 = 0.8399 euros.
Overall, the company delivered better-than-expected quarterly revenue and maintained strong adjusted EBITDA margins, while offering a guarded outlook for 2026 that reflects current market uncertainty. Management continues to emphasize both profitability and a pathway back to higher revenue growth levels through expanded enterprise and SMB engagement with TeamViewer ONE.
