Telia Company AB (ST:TELIA) declined 2.58%, or 1.18 points, to close at 44.62. Lifco publ AB (ST:LIFCOb) fell 2.20%, or 7.20 points, to finish at 320.80.

Market breadth in Stockholm displayed more decliners than advancers, with 439 stocks falling versus 295 advancing, and 69 shares ending unchanged.


Commodities showed modest movement during the session. Crude oil for August delivery slipped 0.03%, or 0.02, to $68.67 a barrel. Brent oil for September delivery also fell 0.03%, or 0.02, to $72.10 a barrel. Precious metals were firmer: the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.73%, or 30.09, to trade at $4,155.79 a troy ounce.

Foreign exchange rates registered only small changes against the Swedish krona. EUR/SEK was effectively unchanged, moving 0.02% to 11.02, while USD/SEK was similarly steady, up 0.02% to 9.64. The US Dollar Index Futures finished higher by 0.14% at 100.76.

The session underscored a mixed read across sectors: select industrial and private-equity-related stocks advanced even as larger-cap healthcare and telecom names weighed on the headline index.
