The largest of the actions is a $126,946,760 modification awarded to Lockheed Martin Rotary Mission Systems in Stratford, Connecticut. That modification covers initial spare parts for HH-60W Lot Five helicopters. According to the announcement, the modification definitizes an undefinitized contract action and revises the contract's total cumulative value to $6,436,655,078 from $6,455,719,950. Work on this line item is scheduled to be performed in Stratford, Connecticut, with an expected completion date of March 18, 2030.
Another award was a $11,826,317 modification granted on June 16, 2026, to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems in Liverpool, New York. The modification pertains to the Three-Dimensional Expeditionary Long-Range Radar program and funds interim contractor support along with additional spares. The announcement states this action increases the total cumulative contract value to $592,949,700 from $581,123,383. Work for this modification is expected to conclude by May 16, 2028.
The third action is a $66,759,431 undefinitized contract action awarded to Lockheed Martin Corp. in Orlando, Florida. That award is for the AH-64 Apache Modernized Target Acquisition Designation Sight/Pilot Night Vision Sensor (M-TADS/PNVS) performance-based logistics program. The contract covers obsolescence mitigation, replacement configurations, and redesign efforts for the AH-64 Apache Attack Helicopter. Work under this undefinitized contract action is to be completed by Dec. 31, 2026.
Collectively, the three actions amount to about $205.5 million. The Department of War announcement follows a prior Lockheed Martin announcement concerning a $35 billion THAAD Seven-Year Procurement Award, which the Department of War later confirmed.
