Risks

  • Only $1,000 in fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds were obligated at award for the initial task order, indicating limited immediate funding obligated - impacts defense procurement cash flow considerations.
  • The contract spans many domestic and international locations, introducing logistical and program management complexity for execution and sustainment - impacts aerospace and defense operations.
  • Long contract timeline through Feb. 28, 2039 with multiple ordering periods and an additional three-year delivery window creates schedule and performance risk over an extended horizon - impacts defense training systems and contractor resource planning.
