Portugal's main stock index ended the trading session higher on Wednesday, driven by advances in the Telecoms, Financials and Consumer Goods sectors. At the close in Lisbon the PSI rose 0.59%.
Among individual movers, Nos SGPS SA (ELI:NOS) led the gains, climbing 7.60% - a 0.38 point increase - to finish at 5.38. Banco Comercial Portugues (ELI:BCP) and Mota Engil SGPS SA (ELI:MOTA) also posted notable increases, with BCP up 2.85% (0.02 points) to 0.85 and Mota Engil adding 2.03% (0.09 points) to close at 4.72.
