Key Points

  • Hims & Hers has launched branded GLP-1 weight-loss medications and additional men's treatments in Australia via the Pilot telehealth brand.
  • The company completed acquisition of Eucalyptus in early 2026 and plans to move existing Pilot clinicians onto Hims' platform while launching Juniper-branded women's health later in 2026.
  • International expansion has increased subscriptions and raised monthly revenue per subscriber by 21% year-over-year, while weighing on gross profit margins; Hims targets $6.5 billion in revenue by 2030.

Hims & Hers Health Inc (NYSE:HIMS) has started supplying branded GLP-1 weight-loss drugs and a range of other treatments for men in Australia through its Pilot telehealth platform, the company said on Monday.

The move follows Hims & Hers' completion of its acquisition of Australian digital health operator Eucalyptus earlier in 2026. Eucalyptus includes the Sydney-based men's telehealth brand Pilot, which will serve as Hims & Hers' initial channel for the new product set in Australia.

According to Tim Doyle, the former chief executive of Eucalyptus who now is senior vice president at Hims & Hers, the Pilot offering will include sexual health medications and cholesterol treatments in addition to the newly introduced GLP-1 weight-loss therapies.

"Combining Pilot’s deep local knowledge with Hims’ global platform gives us a meaningful opportunity to help even more Australians access better, more comprehensive weight-loss care," Doyle said.

Hims & Hers said it will migrate existing Pilot clinicians onto its own platform as part of the integration. The company also disclosed plans to roll out its women’s health business in Australia later in 2026 through Juniper, the women’s brand that was part of Eucalyptus.

Doyle characterized the expansion as a way to broaden access to preventative care for Australians, noting that the combined platform should reduce travel and wait times for customers. He added that Hims expects to bundle services that customers previously purchased separately and to introduce additional treatment options in the market.

As part of a longer-term growth objective, Hims & Hers has set a target of $6.5 billion in revenue by 2030. The company has been directing investments toward diagnostic testing, manufacturing capacity, menopause and hormonal therapies, and its international footprint.

Hims said that its international operations have contributed to higher subscription counts and increased monthly revenue per subscriber by 21% compared with the prior year. However, management acknowledged that expanding internationally has weighed on gross profit margins. During its second-quarter earnings call, Hims indicated it expects gross margins to remain below historical levels while it accelerates international initiatives.

Contextual note: The company provided these operational and financial details in describing its Australian launch and broader strategic priorities.

Risks

  • Gross profit margins have been affected by international expansion and are expected to remain below historical levels as the company accelerates overseas offerings - this impacts healthcare and telehealth financial performance.
  • Execution and timing uncertainties tied to moving Pilot clinicians to Hims' platform and launching the Juniper women’s health segment later in 2026 - this affects service rollout in telehealth and women's health segments.
