The Raízen segment includes the production and marketing of sugarcane ethanol, sugar, and cogeneration energy, as well as the distribution of gasoline, diesel, and other fuels primarily under the Shell brand across Brazil and Argentina. The Rumo segment includes railroad freight logistics through a network of concessions spanning North, South, and Container operations in Brazil. The Compass segment includes the distribution and commercialization of natural gas, including piped gas services across industrial, residential, commercial, automotive, and cogeneration customers, operated principally through Comgás and other gas distribution concessions. The Moove segment includes the production and distribution of lubricants and base oils under the Mobil and other brands across Brazil, Europe, Latin America, the United States, and Asia. The Radar segment engages in the acquisition, leasing, and sale of agricultural land in Brazil. The company was founded in 1936 and is headquartered in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
